HashiTrack (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a mobile application developed by Butterfly Technologies, Inc. designed to help individuals manage Hashimoto’s disease, hypothyroidism, and related health conditions. We are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal and health information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the HashiTrack application (the “App”).

We comply with HIPAA and maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all processors who handle Protected Health Information (PHI).

By using HashiTrack, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. HIPAA Compliance

Because HashiTrack processes health-related information, we implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards consistent with HIPAA requirements.

We maintain signed BAAs with all service providers that handle PHI, including:

• Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Secure Storage)
• Google AI Services (Gemini models)
• Any other third-party service that processes PHI on our behalf
